2. Nature of Service BatumAccounting is a proprietary software project developed by Mehmet Akif KABAKCI . It is sold as a digital license. The transaction is between you (the Buyer) and Paddle (the Reseller).
3. Merchant of Record Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
4. License Grant
Subscription: Grants time-limited access to the software.
Lifetime License: Grants perpetual access to the software for the purchaser. This license is personal and non-transferable.
5. Refund Policy Since this is a digital product sold by an independent developer:
Monthly/Yearly Plans: No refunds for partial periods.
Lifetime License: Refunds are only available within 14 days if the software is technically defective and cannot be fixed. No refunds for "change of mind."
