Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Overview At BatumAccounting, we strive to provide high-quality software solutions to help your business grow. Since our products are digital software licenses and SaaS (Software as a Service) subscriptions, they are deemed "used" immediately upon activation. Therefore, our refund policy differs from physical goods.

We highly recommend that all customers review our features, watch our demos, or contact our sales team at [support@batumaccounting.com] before making a purchase to ensure the software meets their specific business needs.

2. Subscription Plans (Monthly & Yearly)

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will not be billed for the next cycle. Your access to the software will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining days in a billing cycle. For example, if you cancel on the 10th of the month, you will retain access until the 30th, but no money will be returned for the remaining 20 days.

3. Lifetime Enterprise License (High-Value Purchase) The "Lifetime Enterprise License" (8,000 GEL) is a special, non-recurring high-value product. To protect our intellectual property and maintain service quality, the following strict refund terms apply:

  • 14-Day Technical Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase ONLY IF the software has a critical technical failure that prevents it from functioning as described, AND our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (72 hours).

  • Non-Qualifying Reasons: We do NOT grant refunds for the Lifetime License due to:

    • "Change of mind" after purchase.

    • Finding a different software solution.

    • Financial hardship or business closure.

    • Lack of technical knowledge to use the software (we provide support to help you).

4. How to Request a Refund To request a refund under the conditions above, please contact us strictly via email:

  • Subject Line: Refund Request - [Your Order ID]

  • Required Information: Please include your order number, the email address used for purchase, and a detailed explanation (with screenshots if applicable) of the technical issue.

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes We take fraud and unauthorized chargebacks seriously. If you have an issue with a payment, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team may result in the permanent suspension of your account and legal action to recover lost funds and dispute fees.
